AORA II

Videography/ Motion Graphics / Pop-up / South Molton St, London . 2020

“AORA is virtual gallery, members platform and curated shop created by Jenn Ellis and Benni Allan aimed to create a sense of calm, wellbeing and discovery through the curated meeting of art, architecture and music.” – Description taken from AORA website

Launching their first ever hub in Mayfair, AORA aimed to create a space where the virtual world was brought to real life. The film’s looping timeline revolves around AORA I & II, two distinct exhibitions taking place in the virtual world. Working with a low tempo (45 – 65 bpm), the transitions and motions always evoke a sense of calmness. The different scenes shift from one to the next creating moments of complete immersion and moments where the distinct halls can be appreciated separately.
